The Coates House is the original AB Coates summer house. It was built in the early 1920's and totally updated in 2009/2010. It has a commanding view of Lake Vermilion and the Boathouse. The main floor has one bedroom with a full bath, shower/whirlpool tub, very large kitchen, two stoves, two refrigerators, dishwasher, great room and dining room. Upstairs has 3-bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room and deck entrance with a gas grill.

Rates shown do not include an additional State 7.375% & Local 3% tax.
Prime Rates are typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
3-6 Night rates are approx. System might calculate a few dollars one way or the other.
Children rate is for guests between 2 and 12.
Winter Rates differ from these rates and are typically based per guest, per night.
