Rent the whole resort!

Certain times of the season we block off for possible whole resort bookings. Other times we might just have options, call and we'll try to figure something out. 

• Base of 37 guest, maximum of 84
• 8 Buildings (1 has 3 units)
  • 24 total bedrooms
    • 46 twin beds
    • 8 full beds
    • 10 queen beds
    • 11 EZ Sofa/sleeper conversions
  • Review each cabin/units floor layouts for exact locations. 

• Daily Rate = Base of 36 guests will range from $3,400 to $4,000 per night, depending on the dates. 
  • Additional guests, over base of 36, is typically $30 per night, per guest. Whole resort bookings get 1/2 price for extra guests.  So, just an additional $15 per night, per guest.
• Weekly Rate = Base of 36 guests will range from $17,000 to $20,000 per week, depending on the dates. 
  • Additional guests, over base of 36, is typically $150 per week, per guest. Whole Resort bookings get 1/2 price for extra guests. So, just an additonal $75 per week, per guest. 

• Rent One, Get One - For example, if you rent one of our boats you get a second one, of equal or less value, to also use during your stay!

• In the back of the resort we do have 4 seasonal RV spaces that are likely to have guests occupying them. 
• Your resort hosts, Scott & Holly, have a cabin in the middle of the resort. We are likely to be there.
